Yes! Making the process fun can help you get through what might otherwise be a drag.

“People don’t only hire you solely for your skills but also for your personality as well as culture fit. Some of them also call it a vibe check. So, bring some of that into your portfolio.”

This is one of my most common tips too: show them who you are.
